情景: 当前在trunk目录下, 因为code freeze需要创建一个branch, 把新fix的revison提交到branch上
1. 在本地trunk根目录下, 点右键菜单, 选择'Branck/ Tag', 会弹出'Copy(Branch/Tag)', 'From WC at URL'是你当前trunk下的url, 'To URL'改成你想创建的branch的url, 目录名字可以随便起. 最后点OK.
